El Siglo de Oro — Omaggio a Rembrandt
Roberto Chiavarini
“Beyond Your personal compositional language, whether complex or essential, Your work stands out for its ability to transcend the contingent and rise to the language of the spirit. Within it lives on the legacy of the great Masters of the ‘Siglo de Oro’, who recognized Art as an instrument of knowledge, moral elevation, and the pursuit of the Absolute. Through profound cultural awareness and a noble creative aspiration, Your works make the invisible visible and preserve, through beauty, the dialogue between humanity and eternity, thus contributing to the enhancement of the prestige of the highest artistic and humanistic tradition.”

Acrylic and mixed media on canvas, 93 × 103 cm
The work takes shape as a dense visual palimpsest, where a monochromatic sand-colored background is animated by fragmented gestural marks. The surface, enlivened by an almost textile-like or scratched texture, welcomes scattered touches of blue, pink, green, and brown, arranged without a geometric focal center.
